Applications for our 2024 vendor fair are open until 11:59PM on June 15! Please fill out the form below.

This year, Paper Plains Zine Fest is two days. The first day will be full of fun zine-related events, workshops, and programming. The second day is the VENDOR FAIR.

The Vendor Fair will be Sunday, September 1, 2024. This is the application for the vendor fair.

Zine-makers of all levels of experience are encouraged to apply.

The vendor fair will be an indoor/outdoor event. This is the one and only application to exhibit at the vendor fair.

Tabling fees:
$30 for a full table (6’ x 27”)
$15 for a half table (3’ x 27”) 

Individual creators are encouraged to get half tables.
Full tables are available for distros, publishers, etc.

Paper Plains Zine Fest is an exhibition for independent publishers, small press distributors, and individual creators of zines and DIY readables of many forms. We want to keep our fest self publication-centric and request that you keep at least 60% of your table dedicated to self-published booklets. The other 40% of your table can be other DIY arts you’ve created: stickers, buttons, patches, prints, screenprints, etc.

More information on the event—exhibitors, programming schedule, parking tips, etc. will be available closer to the day of the event.

Applications are subject to review. Paper Plains Zine Fest is not a curated event and we are limited in the number of vendors we can accept. For the most part, tablers will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, but we will prioritize awarding tables to creators from marginalized backgrounds. We reserve the right to deny applicants who do not agree to our COVID and safer spaces policies.

Once you have been notified of your acceptance, you’ll have four weeks to pay your table fee, after which it will be released to our waitlist.
